Wow. I thought I wasbadhad spent a lot at £20 (£5 of which was Google Rewards)
Most of my iOS friends have claimed back (refunded) what they've spent. Has anyone tried this on Android?
What/why have they claimed back for?

Open question.. Those who use bots.. Doesn't it take any achievement out of the equation? And therefore why player?
Easy question.
Am I right in thinking that when fighting, it is the attack type that benefits from the attack bonus (1.2x) as opposed from the pokemon type?
So a Hypno attacking a Hypno with psychic attack won't do much damage but will do more damage with a ghost attack?
Does the tracker at the bottom right work? If always seems to be inaccurate for me.
I don't particularly see the achievement in randomly bumping into a high CP/rare Pokemon... If it took some kind of skill to find them, maybe.
I bot'd overnight two nights ago, but only really because I'm done with the game. If I got banned, I really wouldn't be bothered, but it was nice to be able to evolve a load of stuff I'd previously caught.
Woop. What was a mundane lunchtime walk catching the usual crud paid off as my 10km egg hatched a 570CP eevee, which I subsequently evolved into a jolteon intentionally. It was IV-rated at 44-82. I powered it up and it ended up at 82%, which I am very pleased with. It also has the highest DPS attack moves.
I can now challenge the gyms with water pokemons!! In fact, I stuggled to take down one before I went on my walk, because I only had a 500cp electabuzz as my best electric pokemon to date.
How do you find the rating to be 82% and do you boost before evolving to find out or after?
In a nutshell, all pokemons of the same type/CP are not the same strength. SOme are better than others.

If you want to get into the details, google reddit IV spreadsheet. There is a spreasheet you can enter your pokemon's stats, and it will tell you how close to 100% (perfect) they are.
I have a handful above 90% but in their unevolved form. My fully evolved ones are 70-75%, which although not great, is what I am (currently) settling on, unless I catch/hatch better ones.
Bear in mind, IV's are not all that. A worse IV-rated pokemon with better/higher attack stats could be overall better than a higher IV-rated pokemon with worse attack stats (DPS).

Is there any chance a mod could sticky some of the links about IV's attacks, catch rates, etc i.e. all the stuff people ask every few days? How do we get about doing that?
So what's more important in a battle IV or CP am I better evolving my 70% eevee at 491cp or my 513 eevee at 60% as an example
