You do realise that the weather is actually pretty terrible? And that people may well die?
 
Just drove to the gym in it, got half an hour worth of training done before being told it was closing down for the day!

Didn't see any issues driving in it at all, few branches on smaller roads but that's about it.

They should disarm the brakes on those wind turbines and let them go crazy.
I would be interested in seeing a wind turbine going at 50k rpm.
Anyway, it's terrible weather but they are northerners so they should be used to it by now.

Look at a previous post with a video showing the results of just 'letting them spin'...

Have you really watched it, can't you see the size comparison to the vans at the end.

As well as the pic of the one catching fire.
 
What's all the fuss?? Its the UK and its winter. What are people expecting....record breaking heat wave's?!?!? Any other country would accepted it and get on as normal.

Ahh, I was mistaken. In the first image it looks a bit small but at the end it shows it's pretty big. Does anyone have any video of the one that caught fire?
 
Got home after a horrible drive back from work.

The traffic was worse than usual, extending my journey by :

5 MINUTES!!!!!


Cars were bopping side to side in traffic though, which went well with the music I was playing :D

Those things came into my head earlier at work. Seems they didn't hold up that well!

That windfarm is so close to where I live. You can actually see a bunch of those turbines over the hills from my house. I'll need to ask when I get home if anyone saw it happen.
