The video literally contains statements he has made... no ad hominem attacks or lies or half truths... but literal statements from the man himself... his past support for terror groups, support for cutting the armed forces etc.. is relevant

Out of context quotes are modern half-truths, a tactic employed all the damn time when aiming to smear a target.

Hell, selective quoting happens on this very board every day. :p

What happens if one has a large asset of a home (around a million pounds) and has enough money to pay for residential care if ever required without needing to sell the property?

I don't think his support for the IRA, stance against nuclear weapons or calls for military funding to be decreased are 'half truths' - they quite clearly reflect his position

Funny no-one seems to be commenting on the Chancellor fluffing up his figures on a radio interview by £20Bn....I would say that's even worse since he's supposed to be the guy good with the figures :p

because it is a non-story - you're just reaching with that sort of stuff tbh... the story appeared simply in response to the Abbot criticism as an attempt to try and catch a Tory doing the same thing... that was about as close as they could get

well there is essentially no change for them - they'd currently pay for care and they'll still pay for care... only potential difference is they might have their care costs capped user either the Labour or Tory proposals

Ill be voting Conservatives, Corbyn is living in a dream world where he think a Marxism Socialism government will work. Socialism has never worked. Labour have moved far to left for me to vote for them these days. Then for Corbyn last night to say that this is for Social Justice, we don't need any more SJW's in this world.

That's because your view of what 'social justice' is has been massively warped by the internet.

Corbyn is talking about the huge divide between the rich and poor.

Has it? No, i think it has, i know many SJW type who have jumped on the Corbyn band wagon and these people do not want to debate.

I personally prefer the Tory approach to social care fees. The people who should pay for the care are those that have benefited from the huge house price increases, rather than adding yet more tax onto my payslip. I realise there are a lot of pensioners in poverty (they wouldn't be affected) but the current OAPs lead a better life than most people of my age.

The other side of the coin is, why bother saving to buy a house when you could just rent all of your life and go travelling, etc in retirement. There is no incentive to save to pass on to family.

There's a massive difference between real social justice & the internet SJW ideology.

Are they his current position? Are they position laid out in the Labour manifesto?

Everything I've seen says that they are not.

You Tories should be praying for labour to win, get screwed by the EU exit deal, then forcing another conservative 16 years of empire....

If it's the other way the Tories won't be back for 9 years atleast...
