I doubt the 390X (Grenada XT ) will come at 1242MHz...would be a killer but i don't see this could happen

How are people going to judge HBM's success btw?
If the highest tier AMD card is a beast, how can you judge HBM's involvement in that?
Undercutting Nvidia does not work, they have so much brand power people are willing to pay far more for less just because its Nvidia
There's probably ways and means to test whether HBM is giving increased performance or whether HBM power savings have allowed increased core power.
Surely the only way is two compare the exact same card, HBM versus GDDR5, which is impossible?
Synthetic benchmarks will obviously show a gain for HBM memory, in say the bandwidth it can give etc, but I'm not sure how we can gauge how that's helping a game.
