I think it'll be braided. The videocardz site shows two different pics..one where it's braided and another just standard. Standard must be a review version.

it could be a AIO bracket under all that and ppl can swap it out anyway

It appears to be a Powercolor card with a hybrid cooler.
Thought it looked like a 390x that was leaked a while ago.That's actually a 290X with a prototype AIO cooler. Not Fiji or any of the new 300 series.
