Similar Burst Speed here, this is either with or without writeback caching I think and the one below it is the opposite, nonsensical english I know.

So that's what we're supposed to do with 4x2Gb sticks under Vista 64 - Sweeeeeet! :D Take that level load times! Can you protect the RAM drive on power down or is it Hibernate or better only? (And what are you using?)

Edit: Even helps out your CPU - bargain :p
 
Samsung Spinpoint P120 250GB 8MB cache. Quiet mode enabled via Samsung's hutil software. Command Queuing disabled

The difference after adding a third disk to my Raid 0 array earlier today, got a fourth drive on the way as well:

Nice results on your new raptor 150, Scoobie Dave, but the temp seems a bit high :eek: I took a spray duster to mine and they dropped by 5c each.

Yeah, I have more airflow now and temps are around 42c for the Raptor. That screeny was also with 4 HD's in my case and I have gone back down to 3 again now which helps.
