here is my recent home cinema set up change. No new equipment bought just moved about and arranged to look better!

shelves up and cabling started what a mess!

then comes the conduit.....makes it look a lil better.

finished article!

Behind the unit i have my sub and also a HTPC connected to the amp to supply all my tunes for the house which gets remoted into via TightVNC.

Cheers mate. I'm in Ocean Heights, opposite Barasti . The AV cabinet is from Q Home decor in Dubai Marina Mall, they have 35% off at the moment if you want one...

Heh, I'm an architecture nerd and watched Ocean Heights being built, along with all the other supertalls currently going up in the marina, it's one of the more visually interesting ones.

None that I know of thank god. Also we just moved in so it is bound to get dirtier.

Yep I can attest to that. I'm training for a 52 floor vertical marathon and it's a bit of trek up the stairs.

Long time lurker. Bit disappointed the economic crash has meant a lot of the more interesting projects on Dubai have either been cancelled or put on hold, but there's still a fair few things to happening. I confess to having a soft-spot for supertalls haha, so Dubia usually delivers there.

Purchased my first home cinema front stage on Friday from a McDonalds in Lichfield .

Wharfedale Diamond 10.1 sides and 10.CS centre. Had already purchased an AV receiver: Onkyo 605.

Total cost for receiver and fronts (both second hand): £330.



Buying stands when some come up near me at which point I will tidy up.
