I used to run SpicaGen on mine before I moved over to CM7 via Tom3q over at samdroid... even now he still hasn't actually "finished" his ROM...

Here we go: Hooolm circle "glow" icons customized via the UOTKitchen (remember that!!) - ADW EX Launcher - SimiClock Pro, Minimalistic Text and SwitchPRO
Statusbar would show/hide with a swipe down and the dock would show/hide with a swipe up (same as my S3 does)
That would've been taken while running SpicaGen as the UOTK themes never worked for me with CM7
(I can't believe I just went into the image properties to find out what date I took the screenshot... oh my god that's so dense!!)

Lol yeah I had a look at samdroid a few months to see if he ever finished his work, but he didn't, give up in the end as he said that the small performance improvement wouldn't be worth the time it would take (only wasted like 2+ years on an unfinished product........), think the real reason is because he got a job at Samsung so they probably told him to drop his work on it and concentrate on other things.
I never got the chance to use CM 7 due to the camera not fully working (apparently it wasn't an important feature to "our master" lol.........), iirc I was on CM6 with Yonip
D) kernel. Do not miss that phone at all! The last few months it was really getting on my nerves with constant slow down and only solution was a factory reset every 1 month 
The camera on it and battery life was pretty good though!

And yes George Hincapie, that is on android. By the looks of it, just a 3rd party launcher, with custom dock icons from the market and is using mrk's app drawer icon and the stock clock app I think? And the wallpaper is a built in live one, can't remember the name of it though
