Nope, just need Apex or Nova launcher and use UCCW or Zooper Widgets then it's a matter of playing around.

I am unlocked & rooted but still using stock rom so I can install adaway and ti backup etc.

I haven't really used ti-backup to it's potential

It's ok but I much prefer Ti Backup - probably because I'm so used to it and it's never let me down.

Like the UI too - no nonsense geeky looking lol.

I gave the on screen buttons a try with CM10.1 on my S3, but I couldn't get on with it. One thing that makes me hesitant about getting a Nexus device in the future

2 homes screens for me

htc one s running trickdroid, nova prime, square minimacons, simple calendar widget, sense 5 themed clock/weather for uccw, and seriesguide x for tv shiz

each icon has a swipe action; phone + sms, 9292 + translate, airdroid + estrongs, internet + chanexplorer, poweramp + camera, facebook + whatsapp, app drawer + play store

Spent quite a while sorting this given I never really bothered with my Sensation. The phone widget has the contacts history and list icons hidden as they look rubbish (oversized and unable to change by default). Set the dialler like this because the stock one looks nasty. I've also replaced every contact image with a cream colour so it matches the interface and gets rid of that cartoon face on calls. My only gripe is I can't adjust the opacity of the dialler top bar without the icons showing as I'm unable to amend the opacity of them as well. Weather extension now says Nottingham
