Time for another update even though not a lot has changed.

Rooted the phone but still using Sense 6 but with xposed framework module to make small changes such as transparent notification bar also using Sense 6 toolbox

Wallpaper is from Android L wallpaper collection but blurred with Tholotis

I've just got a new phone and downloaded the Google Now Launcher, how do I get the XGELS mod?

You'll need to be rooted, have Xposed framework installed and then install XGELS from the play store.

If this is your first Android phone then I wouldn't dive into rooting just yet!
