No problem :)

SwitchPRO, tajm.

Not too sure what the icons one is though.

Is it just normal icons/shortcuts, but with the icon labels hidden using launcherpro?

Also he is using a custom dock, with custom icons.

I've used launcher pro , but only on a rooted Magic, I'm hoping that on the HD it will be much smoother. The icons one was most interesting. I take it the custom dock/icons is thru launcher pro.

Lastly is all this achievable without root or hack of any kind?

Cheers

Personally I think launcher pro is very smooth, also there is a plus version that you can buy, which has it's very own widgets for the likes of twitter, facebook etc. pretty much like the HTC sense widgets, but better IMO, especially once the developer adds more features for them, like theming them etc.

I have the samsung i5700, rooted and running samdroid turbo (pretty much froyo but eclair :p)

Yup, all through launcher pro, you don't need to be rooted or anything.

You can get nearly any kind of dock or icons that you want by creating them yourself in photoshop or something similar or you can download them from the forum for launcher pro or XDA:

If you want to change the colour of the status/notifaction bar though, you need to be rooted.

Also once Fede (developer of launcher pro) has finished his rewrite of Launcher Pro Plus, it should be much quicker, better in every way possible (will cost though, unless you have already bought it and it probably won't be out till around xmas).

EDIT:

BTW, the icons are called SIMPTEXT I think, you can get white and blue, white and green, white and red etc. there over on XDA in the android themes section.

And for the dock, obviously just select no dock background in launcher pro settings :p

When you add the widget, there should be an option "Use transparent background", underneath the "widget" tab.

EDIT:

Not much point of me posting my set up as it pretty much looks like khaaans! :p

Yep, sorry, in order (top to bottom) I'm using:

SwitchPro
Tajm
LauncherPro Plus

Only really bought the plus version so I could change the widget size. This is how SwitchPro is stretched to the full width of the screen (I'm using 6 columns, hence the closeness of my app icons) rather than being cooped up in the middle. LauncherPro does the icons and everything else.

Especially like the swipe gestures, for example when I swipe up on "Phone Book", it calls my girlfriend in one touch :). That's all in the free version.
