Does anyone know how to remove blank pages on the Desire HD?

Blank pages? If you use LauncherPro you can set the number of homescreens. I assume you can do the same with the stock launcher too.

Yep it's the LP widgets...

I think they're all paid though... 100% worth the purchase if even just to support the dev... And even though it's not through the market you can still move it over to new phones.

ADW is sick! If only for the dockbar! You just need to know how to customize it. I'll admit the widgets in LauncherPro are a bonus though.

It is possible to have a battery meter on a stock ROM if someone has made one for the phone but it most definatly needs to be rooted.

For anyone running a custom ROM that is deodexed you can use this to customize your battery monitor to whatever you want.

Not very creative i know, stock Touchwiz with custom battery meter also added stock android lock screen this is on my Galaxy S.

You could try this program it requires root though. I'm running a custom ROM so it was easy.
