Sorry for the late reply, been a bit busy lately.

For the status/notification bar, use this:

The icons, which I am using is the HD sense package with the tiny battery circle mod and just the default colours (however check to make sure that your mobile will work with this kitchen as it only officially supports the desire, however it seems to work for most other mobiles as well, I am using the samsung galaxy spica i5700 and had to add in one file to get the white text for the time and date etc. as it was just black text).

As for the dock background and text icons, you can find them from khaaan list here (:p), his are slightly different to mine in terms of the labeling and some other icons, which he hasn't got listed there, so if you want the ones I have let me know and I'll upload them:

You will need launcher pro for the customization of the dock.
