Anything specific you want to know how to do or just all of it?
EDIT:
OK From left to right:-
Screen 1
Note widget: Sweet Notes - Transparent background, I'm sure there are better note apps but I like the widget on this one.
Shortcut buttons: Smart Shortcuts - Very good and you can create custom "folders" too.
Flashlight: LED Light - Although you can set SwitchPro to do this too, (I just like the separate icon).
News widget: BBC News - Not really liking this any more, need to find a nicer app with a decent news widget.
Screen 2
Toggle widget: SwitchPro - Have now changed it 8 "switches" which looks nicer, using "no background".
Music widget: PowerAmp - Very nice player with some very nice equalizer pre-sets. I shrunk the widget 1 row using ADW.Launcher, I don't like full screen widgets.
Screen 3
Clock/Weather widget: Beautiful Widgets - Using Small home widget. Clock skin: MIC_AVANT. Weather skin: boca.
Battery widget: BattStatt - I think most people use this one too.
Screen 4
Recent call widget: Last Call Widget - Very simple but serves my purpose.
Calender: Jorte - Very nice calender, can set different themes and it does task/notes and things too,
loads of different widgets with it.
Screen 5
Google search: Default google search widget.
Bookmarks widget: Visual Bookmarks - Simple widget but does the job, I shrunk mine one row using ADW.Launcher as I don't have that many bookmarks.
Other
Background: City at Night - One of the nicest Live wallpapers, although I change my wallpaper all the time because I get bored a lot!
Launcher: ADW.Launcher - Customize the settings however you like. I associated show/hide status bar with swipe down and show/hide dockbar with swipe up (that's the scrollable dockbar, not the main 5 icons) you can set the amount of icons you want at the bottom for the main bar (not the dockbar), notifications enabled (you need ADW.Notifier so you can get message/email/call notification bubbles over the icons like
this, you can customise colours and apps and everything as well. Also in that link I have now tinted my normal 5 icons using the tint in ADW and you can set the colour too). There's loads of customisation in ADW so set it up however you like. Also note, that the scrollable dockbar is very hard to notice at first if you have no shortcuts there, it just looks like it's hiding your normal icons so drag and drop an icon to the bottom and it will "dock"... you'll figure it out. The icons at the bottom are custom, just create a custom shortcut and select any picture to use as the icon (I can upload if you wish).
Don't think I've missed anything but let me know if I have or you want anything explaining. Have fun
