the file i have is a "ddms.bat" file and does nothing =/.

Do you get a little dos box pop up? Sometimes it takes a little while to start the actual program.

yeah i see a dos window for about 1/2 a second and to quick to read anything and then nothing

the file is only 3kb though =/

edit, managed a screen grab and it's saying ERROR: no suitable java found

but i have the latest =/

edit2: okay downloaded dev kit + runtime thing, works now but not seeing my phone ! >_<

Is adb running?

Open a cmd in the tools folder, type adb devices or adb start-server.

i read that some got it to work with the HTC Sync in use, this also worked for me

Mines pretty standard as i don't think i can really change anything without rooting

is there a way to have a different image for the 'locked' screen?
