Lampard won't even have remembered the name of all his players before this season is over. I could turn up to Stamford Bridge training ground and he probably wouldn't be confident telling me to **** off. I don't have too much faith he is going to be able to remind them where the goal is.

Thats the issue Chelsea have had. They have created loads of chances but they need an xG of about 4 to score. Against Liverpool they had an xG of over 2 and didn't score. Liverpools xG was something like 0.29. If they had someone who could put the ball in the net they would still have Potter as a manager.

They have Lukaku and Auba. The latter is still more than capable but no one can be bothered to use him.
 
If there's one sacking this year that's justified beyond all others it's Gerrards. Frankly amazing where Villa now sit after that complete chancer led the club. Hopefully enough so that no one in the PL ever looks at him again.

I think you might have that backwards. Auba can't be bothered which is why no one uses him. Lukaku doesn't want to play for Chelsea it seems because hes a big girls blouse and they don't tuck him into bed and tell him how loved he is every night. Not sure he is the sort of striker any top teams want in the PL either. Seems he would rather suffer horrible racism than play for them.

Auba was playing well for Barcelona. Perhaps he has just been managed poorly since coming to Chelsea?

For about 5 minutes. Signed Feb 2nd 22 and was gone by the start of the next season so for about 3 months.
