Also great win for Steve Cummins in Tirreno-Adriatico! The guy is an animal.
 
Omg what a great stage. Fair play to contador for giving it a go but great riding from g to pull it back. Interview after said he had a 54 front ring because he thought he'd have to chase on the final descent.

Great day, hopefully lead to more opportunities to lead as the year progresses.
 
Just caught up with Tirreno-Adriatico. Stage 6 was great, good thing about early season races is their ability to throw up some different less defensive riding. Helped having the previous day cancelled. And then tt for van avermart to win overall by 1 second. Certainly made that tt more interesting than it would have been.

Sagan forever the 2nd place man again this year! Probably do the same again Saturday....
 
Absolutely agree with that Perma, the talk about him, I used to really like Sagan few years ago, but now whenever he is racing there is hardly any attention on anybody else. Which with some of the performances of late is quite sad for the sport.

Great race even with a bunch ish finish. Madness from 35km out. My prediction almost cane thru of swift. Should have had an ew on. Doh.
 
Reports of Demare being accused of grabbing a team car which consideing he was involved in a crash at the bottom of the Cipressa highly suspicious, can't see much happening but you never know if they find some evidence.

Yet another win for Armistead, the lady is dominating! Hopefully will raise the profile of womens road cycling in this country!

Be good to see todays stage outcome, should be quite a fight, with various people at different levels of form.

DDV was great, shame had to watch on bike in the worst bitrate I've seen this side of motorsTV.
 
Seen both now. Was dozing watching e3 but woke up properly with about 40km to go. Fantastic race!

Catalunya forgot to put it on record but caught the last 12km. Great finish but the coverage was terrible and kirby is an idiot.
 
How can they be so bad!

Good race and well deserved by Sagan, managed that pack of 4 perfectly to get the sprint he needed. Going to be good next Sunday, Etixx are going to be on a hiding for nothing if they don't get something! Their riders just keep failing to read the moves/race when it really matters.

Great win by sagan today timed to perfection and just had the best legs of all. Armistead too, knew when it got down to that sprint she'd win it. She's flying! and great ride by vanmarck considering his earlier issues.

Predicted cancellara so not far off.
