Stage 19 highlights:

So, the final day in the mountains:

At 02' 38'' behind it's over to Quintana to make the moves.

Should be a cracker....Froome looked on the edge of a complete breakdown yesterday. His team have buried themselves for the last 2.5 weeks to get him to where he is and look like they have nothing left to give.

If Quintana makes an early move on the Alpe D'Huez, it could be very very close on time. Froome should have enough in hand but you never know.

How did I not know it was Eurosport :/ Ive been watching the whole tour on ITV which I hate!

Really? I much prefer ITV's coverage. Sure Phil and Paul can be annoying but they're no worse than Carlton Kirby and the segments with Jensie, Millar, Boardman and Boulting's interviews make the whole thing.

Get in!!!

Well done Chris Froome.

Makes you wonder what was up with Quintana on that first day in the Pyrenees when Froome was so devastating.

Quintana is an awesome climber, makes my ride this morning seem all rather pathetic!!
