Pro Evolution 2011

I think the PES menu system, although "not as polished" is 100 times better than FIFA's because it actually works. The FIFA menu system is probably the worst thing about the game. It's slow, everything has to load, and it's confusing. It's absolutely awful from top to bottom.

Also, am I the only person who thinks PES beats FIFA graphically hands-down? FIFA is like a cartoon in comparison to PES which genuinely gives you that "watching a real game of footy on the telly" feeling.

Other than that, I kind of echo what is being said. I prefer PES' more free-flowing less restricted gameplay, but overall FIFA feels like the more polished, value for money affair. That is, until I played Master League Online and realised that it's possibly the most addictive, brilliant football game mode I've ever played. It's absolutely brilliant.

I also prefer the PES visuals, but it appears to be a preference as people say PES's graphics are unrealistic, and I really can't see what that's based on. The player likenesses look spot on for the most part.

Also, I think the menus are nice. The FIFA menus are slow and HUGE with no variation. If you know what I mean. Just a block of menus.

Again - I did sate that and I also said that it just isn't enough of an improvement from PES 10. But obviously that depends if you liked PES 10 or not. And if you didn't like PES 10 but like PES 11 .. well something is wrong with you :p

So... you can't judge a game on a demo, yet you can say that PES 11 isn't enough of an improvement over 10?

Obvious troll is obvious. Go away.

Now start to learn the SuperCancel Robbo. :p

There's a reason why there's a Strategy Guide for PES.

Guide from 2010

EDIT: Actually, that's a rubbish video. Only shows a small part of what it's used for. :p

Spurs being licensed is just an added bonus. :D

Will have to install the option file later today.

Everything about this feels like you're watching a real match.

Turn off any additional HUD and it looks awesome.

I'm not sure if you noticed when I posted this Skip, but the option file settings apply online, so if you play online as Arsenal for example, you get their proper kits and so on too.

So there is literally no downside to it not being licensed, but yes, Spurs and Man Utd are a small bonus :p

Yep I saw that. :)

I wish PES had a Clubs mode...

You want to know which football game is better this year?

Take a look at both threads and figure out which has the better tone about the game...

Very few complaints in here.

Few questions for you guys.

1: Control - Do you use the analogue stick or D-Pad for movement?
2: Camera - Which camera do you use?
3: Shooting - What's your technique when 1v1 with the keeper?
