Project Cars 2 is en route :D

Such an improvement over the original.

The touring cars on Knockhill are something else, braking late, getting the back end to slip and pull you around before planting the throttle and the front wheels pulling you around the corner. Fantastic fun.

Multiplayer is IMO better than PC1. The races I've been in have mostly been good with people not doing stupid stuff and worried about their licence. That said, give it a few more weeks and it will be more accurate and you'll be able to stop most of the morons joining servers.

You can create online leagues but they haven't released that part yet, coming soon apparently.

So is the the ability to create leagues within the game?

If so how is it done?

I couldn't even join online games, I wanted to try and watch, apparently game has spectate mode, couldn't find out how to do it. I was never much good with online gaming, but not being able to even find an option proves how useless I am with online gaming...

Glad game has a rich single player content..

Such an improvement over the original ?...you mean a better quality of in game bugs ?

The AI isn't much of an improvement right now.... Apparently its being patched. But the menus, timings, loading, lots of little fixes, handling, cars etc are all an improvement. Career mode seems better as well.

It's a brand new game, it's going to have bugs, 99% of all games released do? Comparing PC1 to PC2 on release day, yes it's an improvement over the original. Now they have time to patch it and improve it further.

I've had a couple of crashes and some of the cars are a bit 'off' but with a bit of tuning can easily be sorted out.

If you don't like it then give it a break and come back when it's better?

Rally X is a challenge, graphics are good, the HUD is much improved, FFB in stock form is way better than PC1 and a lot easier to setup too, race engineer is a great idea. More tracks, more cars and then you have the weather effects and racing line, standing water.

Great fun!

The large field AI only seems to be an issue on small to medium sized (road width) tracks. And really acute corners.... Once the field Stretches out. They're pretty well behaved. It could still do with some improvement though.

To compare it with other sims would be pretty difficult for me personally.

Raceroom has challenging AI. However it too suffers from the odd first corner pile up. Try 99 other AI at the nurburgring gp circuit lol.

Assetto Corsa's AI is more reserved. And nowhere near as challenging as PC or RR.

Played a fair bit yesterday on Knockhill using a variety of cars. Also using a custom ffb profile which has made it a tonne better. Career mode leaves me feeling a bit meh if I'm honest, will try mp this weekend

That last corner and the fast left, tight right chicane at the end of the back straight at Snetterton always catch me out...did in PC1 too lol. I hate that track sometimes...great when you nail it though
