Project Cars 2 is en route :D

AGGHHH, my steering was all funny, and after taking my g27 apart, I discovered my encoder wheel had a little crack in it letting the light through. That's me done for a while then.

My 76/20 connection is usually plenty good enough for hosting servers in AC etc and I don't mind doing it.

If you guys want to join TS, then I'll be happy to take suggestions on car/track combos along with the usual shenanigans.

havnt played online yet, been doing a lot of practice and working on my driving but would love racing against some actual people if you lot don't mind a nub tagging along some time.

Yep, I'm kinda amazed how well this runs. At 1440p and Ultra everything with MSAA on highest, I'm getting more than 100fps when racing with a busy grid, I might even see what low or medium super sampling throws back at me. No issues with overclock here which is also great, Vega 64 still beating out 1800/1100 OC all day long and 39c :) :) Gaming is a joy once again, good single GPU and a good game to play from all the trash out there.

I just cannot get the Algarve circuit. I feel like I'm fast, but with AI on 110%, they are 2 seconds a lap quicker than me, might get a vid up for some tips.

Joined a couple of races last night - you boys need to tell me your secrets for knockhill in TC's - How the hell your in the 51's I've no idea - I minted a lap and got 53.6!!

Dunno, it was my first time in the touring cars last night and first time at Knockhill.

I'd recommend installing Crewchief.
Just click the buttons to install the three soundpacks, pick a name and select your game.
In PC2, disable the spotter and set these options in 3rd party apps:

Shared Memory = Project Cars 2
UDP Frequency = 1
UDP Protocol = Project Cars 2
