Project: Fallen Angel

Thinner than selotape and just as sticky!

Wow I'm impressed looks excellent & thanks for the reply :), bet it's tricky to apply correct though :D.
Think I should get some for some bits on my project then I can just get certain parts anodised .

It's cheap enough unless you get the Di-Noc (which admitedly is more authentic) but if you want shiny then this is the way to go. It is VERY tricky to apply around rivets etc but for flat pieces then its a doddle.

Looks great w3bbo, PC-P80 owner myself. Lots of fun to work with, and for me the largest case I had worked with.

Looks good mate .. love the carbon fiber

Subbed

Cheers :)

Cheers m8. I've not actually installed anything yet but yeah it certainly fells roomy. It was never going to be as spacious as my old MM cases but I'm liking it thus far. I've always been a fan of LianLi's and this one is no different. Perhaps the only case I would go for now is one of the Tyr(?) range. They looks especially nice but very expensive!

This is my 5th Lian Li build

PC-62
PC-A17
PC-A70B
PC-V351
PC-P80

Plus of course my current TJ-07 and my old Coolermaster ATCS 201

Gotta sell three of them now :) to pay for the next round of upgrades! :D

My wish is that I'd had the balls to buy a PC-343B

w3bbo,are you on another forum under a different name ?

just seen this build on another forum and wondered if someone else is taking the spotlight from you ?

Looking good dude, will this be a Sandy Bridge build then?

No. X58 still offers more power for my needs (and more reliability it seems!). I'll be skipping the new cores until X68.

yeh thats the one.

thought someone was using your build as there's as your name was different.

No worries there m8. It does look odd and I have asked Jupiler for a name change to who I'm known as in the UK ;).

True. I was toying with going SB, but now I'll stick with AM3. If I ever need more power than my 965BE can offer, then I've got the option of a 6 core, an extra 4gb of ram, an SSD or two, and a GPU upgrade. All of which I'd be looking to do anyway in a SB build.

The potential for water is there I guess. No doubt it will be converted in the summer when temps are an issue again...sigh. I'll be happy if temps stay below 80c for now though.

Ahh ok .. Just wondering cos i am going to be doing my water cooling loop soon so thought i would pester someone for help :D Providing i need it of course.. everything might just go dandy ;):p haha

With your spec wouldn;t you be better off upgrading rather than investing in WC at this point in time?

It's just something i've always wanted to do, and also don't have money to upgrade my spec.. i only started buying the WC Setup because the parts were relatively cheap, Will upgrade spec in summer when/if i get a job

plus i don't game a lot anymore really :/ and the games i do play my system runs ok now.. ... But silence (or near silence) would be nice (my CPU cooler makes quite a bit of noise)
