PS4 and Xbox Rumours

It sounds like if you want to go round your mates and play it, you can log in to your Xbox Live account and use the same disc or install it from the cloud. It's when you try to use the disc under a different account it will charge you. So yes, playing at your mates = OK, buying a second-hand game = not.
 
Interestingly XBOX 360 does IE/Media/TV/kinect etc already and no one except the most ardent Sony fanboys think 360 is a rubbish console, the death of "M$", end of the Xbox. So why should XBOX one do badly if as well as matching PS4 (and i'm pretty confident they wouldn't release a noticeably inferior gaming machine) for gaming it takes all the media/web stuff to next gen as well?

It's only what the 360 does now, just with all aspects wound up a notch. How is that a "OMG M$ are teh debil" bad thing?

Perhaps I'm missing something *shrug*

I just pointed out the fact that its easy to find out what games were shown as they were shown during the conference!!

Its a bloody console, lighten up. Stop fanboygasming or just generally getting defensive over the things.

Only input I've tried to have is pointing out that theres a reason to own a PS3, you know the exclusives. Same way theres a reason to have any console. Including this new XboxONE. I said that pages back!!

And then I pointed out that there were more games shown at the sony conference. And in my opinion better games.

And for this you start talking to me like *****s. :confused:

That list above mine just shows how pathetic these supposed "games" are that Sony unveiled.

Forza, Ghosts, Fifa - those 3 alone top those.

Killzone, Destiny and Watchdogs are the only good games there. (And only one of them is even exclusive).

You realise that Fifa and Ghosts are multiplatform right? they just have exclusive xbox content...

I though the PS4 games revealed were either multiplatform or pretty mediocre to be honest so meh, don't think either showed anything that would be a decider from a pure gamers point of view.

I'm sure we'll see the proper games announcements at E3.

You seem to be way too focused on the have one, or the other approach to all this :D


Due to lack of backwards compatibility, i'll be keeping my PS3 and 360. I'll be grabbing which ever new console launches, and then I'll get the follow up too.

Because I like to beable to play all Exclusives. And then i'll grab the multiplats on which ever is the superior console. Which to be honest, since they're both pretty similar spec, i doubt that will be a real issue this time round.

Or atleast I hope not.

And? How doesn't it? Much like a device like Play TV, all you'll need is the source and it'll replace the features of a TiVo style device.
