The same. Some of the extreme dark skin tones do look purple. I mean there's red blood and flesh under that skin, you wouldn't expect pure paint-like black. Think like a very dark grape colour. I know what XeNoN89 means and either way, naming someone after their skin colour whether your own rods and cones agree with everyone else's or not, isn't on if the person themself doesn't like it.
 
It's about time he was declared persona non grata. It's only diplomatic immunity that's sheltered him thus far AFAIK, and that's derived from his Father.
