Queen Elizabeth II has passed away - keep posts civil and respectful

Dunno if related but apparently a convoy turned up at the airfield near me and a heli flew over going north, doesn't show on ADS-B so can't see what it was.

EDIT: Managed to find it - looks like part of ongoing military exercise - probably unrelated.

What I was shocked at was seeing the photos of the Queen and Boris in 2019 vs the Queen and Liz Truss a day ago seeing how much she has declined in 3 years. Plus the fact the toll it must have taken on her after her husband died last year.

I've got a couple of "contacts" in ATC who have said there's a sudden flurry of jets for the royals moving around. Will, Edward, and Andrew on one.

Don't think this is related - something popped up on ADS-B after I posted in about the right position which seems part of an ongoing military exercise.
 
What a innings she has had so far, hope she pulls through this, head and shoulders above.

I think if William follows her he would do her proud. Shame we are gonna have to endure Charles.
