Twitter went mad earlier today when Liz Truss left the commons. Same time as the palace statement that she is not well. But from what has happened today it would seem that was the London Bridge is down moment. The official announcement is usually in the 24 hrs preceding her death so it would fit she has passed some time today.

Yes it is, what matters is the time of her death for when the "following" evening is the right evening, if she dies during the evening the following evening is tomorrow, is she dies before the evening, the following evening is the evening on the day that she dies
