Just tried Oculus Link using usb 3.0 cable and its still full of stutters just like quest 2 was. That is on RTX 4090 and 7800X3D.
300What bitrate? I need to stay under 300 to avoid stuttering.
3.2 20gbps portWhat bitrate? I need to stay under 300 to avoid stuttering. Are you using a USB 3.1 or 3.2 port?
i must admit i have not noticed stutters with mine. what usb cable are you using? i wonder if you are just trying to force too high a bit rate through it? have you checked your settings in oculus tray toolJust tried Oculus Link using usb 3.0 cable and its still full of stutters just like quest 2 was. Have you tried tweaking them within the Soundcore app on your phone, maybe that will help ?I bought the soundcore earbuds and I'm not that impressed with the audio. Bass is good but they just sound a bit tinny to me.
still happens, dropping render resolution in asgards wrath to 60% reduces stutter but not completelyBetter than I usually get.
What happens if you just set the bitrate to 0/auto in the debug tool?

it's always 1-3 fps drop
So apparently you can use a referral link for a new quest 3, but you have to unlink your quest 2 first. I presume once activated it's too late.

I've done some further testing and found that if the q3 is turned on, then the passthrough charging works using a usb c to USB c cable.
last time I tried VD while I was getting less dropped frames (still not perfect) input lag was higher than oculus link.hmm
i guess you tried everything at the default settings ?
why don't you try VD ?
Yes I've fiddled with the EQ a bit. I'll have a further play later. Still these are massively more convenient for my Quests and for the Steam Deck so I'll keep them.Have you tried tweaking them within the Soundcore app on your phone, maybe that will help ?
