Red Dead Redemption 2

Given that Red Dead Redemption was recently remastered on the Xbox One X I think there may be a chance of the PC getting both. If they have put the effort in to port it to Xbox one they it is not unreasonable that they will go one step further and release it on PC.

Oh well we can dream...

I wonder how many times this has been repeated in the thread lol. No we didn't but times change and GTAV did incredibly well on PC.

It's still no guarantee it will happen, we got all the previous GTA games, but still didn't get that for some strange reason.

I'm not saying we're guaranteed to get it, but the fact we didn't get RDR1 doesn't mean much at all. They made a pile of money from GTAV on PC, so it will be worth them putting in the small amount of effort to bring it to PC as I'm sure RDR2 would be just as popular. It's more than likely we will have a wait while they concentrate on the console launch, like they did with GTAV.

There is a reason why RDR1 has never come to PC, something to do with the code being a mess or something.

Obviously I hope you're right.

I had this idea...

...that as part of RDR2 they were going to put the complete RDR1 game in at the end. So after you've finished RDR2, you take over as John Marston and play through all the quests and stuff that are in RDR1 but all using the RDR2 assets. Half the map that was in RDR1 is in RDR2 anyway, they'd just have to age things a bit.

Can you imagine if R* had done that and kept it a secret until now?

Sucks not having it right away but Rockstar have been holding off on PC releases since as long as I can remember with GTA 3, I'm sure it'll come eventually and it'll be nice having a game that's been extensively beta tested by the console players ;)
