One time 2 CPU players folded when I did that but one didn't. I had a crap hand but carried on playing in the hope he would eventually fold, I eventually revealed my hand, a pair of 2's, and won!*

I actually got the high roller trophy by pure luck when doing the Landon Ricketts *sniggers* poker mission, otherwise I wouldn't have a clue.

I just played high stakes poker and put in 1000 chips in and they all folded. Did that twice and got the trophy.

Its not that I don't know how to play poker its just that I really don't care to learn it.

Same. The concept is pretty simple it's learning all the hands and learning what hand beats what, I just can't be bothered to sit and memorise them. It's not even a game of skill, it's just pure luck.

The reason I think that, is because it's pure luck on what cards you are given and what cards are in the middle.

Yeah but again, if you have a **** hand, and you bluff it's complete luck as to whether the other players are bluffing or if they actually have a good hand. And yeah, I want to see horseshoes in the multiplayer, and liars dice, that'd be cool.

I got this on release but only played single player for a short while and just didn't like it - thought I'd load it again and try multiplayer last night. Went into free roam and basically it consisted of spawn and get raped by a lvl 50 with some monster weapons. Is this typical?

Gonna try multiplayer again with a m8 to do some gang missions n stuff see if thats more fun (looks it from the youtube vids).

I might actually give multiplayer a go tonight though, hopefully it'll be fun even though I don't know anyone that plays!
