Red Dead Redemption Thread

Is there still a multiplayer thread for this game . I cant find it using the search. Interested in joing some kinda group for those annoying online ps3 trophies that dont seem to ping through normal playing.

me and dinakin are on most nights you can add me if you like my psn is stellasuppa .we just go for objectives that people need and have a few gang matches .got to be honest seem to find more people on 360live than psn but i suppose its like that with most .
 
Thanks for finding the multi thread, i sware i did multiple surches and came up empty ;)

MP hasnt lived up to expectations for me. A few nights a go i got a small posse together and we tried to go for the most wanted trophie. a few moments towards the end posse members killed us and quit ! . Higher level players only seem to need a single shot to kill while I struggle on firing as fast as possbile and still lose.
 
lol i just tried to cheat with the elegeant suit, got caught, blew their hand off. tried to cheat again, same results. No one was left at the table to play me :( they all had their hands blown off lol.
 
i find the stoery pretty boring, LR missions are ok. rest seem to dull for me,

i love the stranger missions though, love bring the thief or whatever back to see him get kicked it is rather fun.

i most life the prisioner missions where prisioners escape from strangers:cool:

i do find MP a bit boring but with friends & family it does improve it to a good fun level
 
should i get red redemption hmmm. i havent seen much advertised to get me that interested. only because its rockstar did it get my attention. could get it for PS3 when its cheaper
 
I'm almost at 100% completion except for the damn Cougars! Everytime I find one, it either kills me or I kill it but not with the knife.

Go up to Cueva Seca (or whatever it's called, its the partial cave where the man in the top hat with his miracle cures takes you) and save there.

Put some bait right in the cave and run out and on to your horse.

50/50 you'll either get wolves or a cougar show up and run into the cave.

Put one bullet in its legs so it attempts to flee.

Hack it to death!

P.S. you think that's hard? One of the next challenges is to kill a BEAR with a knife.
 
I fluked the Cougar knifing

I was riding along and someone was being chased by 2 of 'em, so I hopped off and knifed them while they were distracted :D

should just knife them from the horse, its what i did :p. Pop a bullet into them then go beside them with a horse and knife them, kinda easy when i realised you can knife from a horse!.
