Red Orchestra (2) : Heroes of Stalingrad

Its hideous that the PC cant get a game with just 64 players involved working, yet on the PS3 MAG run fine with 128.

OK graphically MAG isnt fantastic, but it looks good enough tbh and RO2 aint the prettiest thing on the planet, the maps are pretty stale as well.

What do graphics have to do with server issues?

Server Ranked - Again - ROFL

GO GO GO GO GO

EDIT:

Maybe not.

Ingame browser now says unranked but server admin reports ranked?

LOL

Is it correct the Allies (i think) rifleman doesn't get a pistol? Seems odd

Having a hard time with long shots, can't figure out the hitboxes on moving targets, seems very inconsistent or maybe just me.

'Flutternozzle' in game btw

Just got a refund from greenman gaming, really good company to deal with, and for those wanting to know the reason why.

- Having to exit the game to join a server
- Bleeding colours at the bottom of the screen
- Getting locked on choosing faction (C2D)
- Random crashing to desktop

I had enough, when it did work I enjoyed it but the bugs just ruined the experience, I may pick it up when Its a bit cheaper and they've had some time to work out the kinks, but as of the moment, this game isn't for me.

So you just Submit a request to ask for refund?

Giving your reasons of course, they must know about the problems. they were nice about it, took 2 days to respond but was the weekend so quite speedy and good company to deal with imo!

Cheers for the reply, submitting one atm the game is good just to many crashes and bugs I can't enjoy, it will get it in few months time see if it gets better then

Ive only played a few rounds so far, but thankfully havent experienced any bugs. Though it's taking a bit of getting used to the slower pace of the game.

What settings are you running?

It seems to make no difference whether I run on High or Low. Haven't tried Ultra. I still get about 30 fps when looking at a battlefield. The only setting that knocks my fps much is the Anti Aliasing. It must be the CPU.

It's hard to judge though, because you can't change most settings from within the game, and the scene is constantly changing.

It's sad, because it's not even a great looking game even on High/Ultra. In fact, if it ran well on Lowest, I would run it on lowest, because it makes enemies stand out like sore thumbs.

Why exacty? cause i am not willing to pay to be a beta tester? , tell you what go out buy a tv without a screen and wait till the company finishes making it , while you enjoy the frame !

The game is fine... I'm running it on a 4890 at max and it plays so well, stop moaning about the fact it crashes now and then
