Welsh Open final perfectly poised at 4-4 from this afternoon between Shaun Murphy and Rob Milkins, resumes at 1900 I think, best of 17.

Watched first four frames, Murphy was potting well, while Milkins was making the odd silly error.

Just seen Mark King has been suspended due to irregular betting patterns in his 4-0 loss to Joe Perry back in Welsh Open. Pro snooker not looking great this season, with all those (~10?) Chinese players suspended too.

I wonder what's going on with the women that are on tour for the past few seasons. You've got multi-world ladies champion Reanne Evans who barely wins a single frame in her matches. So does this mean the women are just as bad as each other and their skills are totally rubbish? It's really rather strange as it's nowt to do with physicality in terms of men v women in snooker.

There have been a few female players recently on the nine ball pool who are more than capable of beating the male players. As you say, no reason that women can’t do as well as men at cue sports.
