I just managed to pickup an Atari 2600 junior with 18 games (one being the 32 in 1 cart - so I have plenty to play!) 2 unofficial controllers (Quickshot's I think) and all the leads (according to the seller tested and working) delivered for £40. Another seller had the paddles for £12 delivered so I have ordered them as the games included night driver.

Games are as follows (one is unlabelled so it will be a surprise when it arrives)
1. Tennis
2. 32-1
3. Venture
4. Pole Position
5. Missile Command
6. bezerk
7. Desert Falcon
8. Night Driver
9. Soccer
10. Combat
11. Yars Revenge
12. moon Patrol
13. Boxing
14. Spiderman
15. Crystal Castles
16. Chopper Command
17. Defender

I'm going to need to track down a few favourites like HERO, River Raid and Pitfall and some orginal Joysticks but really excited to get my first Atari - I've wanted one since 1979 so I hope its worth the wait!

Just Purchased this rare classic for the cabinet "Violent Storm"

If you remember Crime Fighter and Vendetta/Crime Fighter 2 "Violent Storm is the 3rd in the serise.

Never seen that game before.

Looks like 8 parts final fight, aliens/pred light. Guessing Capcom had gone beyond suing mode, a'la fighters history heh...

Something id had played a fair bit at the time, fast and fun, nice grab.

Nice to see a dragon 32 fellow user too, i've a good collection:)

Todays pick ups. Cost me £150 for this lot :D

All games have manuals except Sonic 3 and Pac Panic.

The seller said he had more stuff to go through in the loft, so I could be going back. He had a couple of Dreamcasts and a couple of Atari 2600 woodies, but he hadn't come across the cables yet.

Wow. That's a great selection of games there, and so cheap! I would love to find a mixed lot like that, that's obviously from someone who were big into their video games at one point.

Went back a few days later and picked up this lot for £100

Atari VCS 2600 woody (Sixer Light)
Intellivision
2 SNES
2 Dreamcast
NES
Gameboy
PSONE

Plus 4 Dreamcast controllers with 2 VMU's and a lightgun
2 SNES controllers and an Arcade stick
2 NES controllers and a joystick
6 joysticks (Atari connection QuickShots and Cheetha)
2 N64 Controllers
2 Master System Contollers
Game Genie for the NES
Action replay for SNES

And roughly:

5 boxed SNES games and a couple of loose carts
2 loose NES carts and a couple of Plug Thru carts
4 Boxed Intellivision games
3 Boxed Atari 2600 Games and about a dozen Atari 400/800 carts
6 GameBoy games
Sonic CD MegaCD
Spiderman Mega CD
6 Kinect Games for Xbox 360
7 Vic 20 carts
3 boxed Commodore 64 tapes

So far I've tested and got working both Dreamcasts, one Snes, the Gameboy and the NES. I think the Intellivision works but I'm struggling to tune it in to my CRT TV. I need a PSU for the Atari and ColecoVision. I assume the games will be ok because they are mostly carts.

I'll post up some pictures when I've cleaned everything up.

He texted me yesterday with some more stuff (more SNES games, a Mega CD II and couple of controllers) but has still to finish clearing the loft so there will be more. There has to be a Master System because I've already got the games and controllers. There must also be Dreamcast games as there were 2 consoles. Hoping for more Mega CD games too.

I guess these are Retro related! These showed up this week after putting an order in November. Streets of Rage is one of my favourite soundtracks of all time!

Lovely to see this thread still going.
I am enjoying my DSi at the minute. Chinatown Wars was amazing considering that it was on the DS.

Seriously tempted to get a new 3DS XL......not retro but would be fun.

Mine too and Streets of Rage 2. I used to put the game on an splay the track from the menu. Even wired the Mega Drive to my stereo.

What are those games for ? Are they Japanese versions for the Amiga 32 or something?

I assume they are music CDs with the sound track from the game ripped on them.

Picked these up today, the boxed SNES games will probably end up as cart only because most of the boxes are severely water damaged.

There was also a Dreamcast wheel and a Commodore 64 Web.It  included but not pictured.

Super Metroid is complete with 72 page guide.

Whole lot was £85
