Agreed £17 for what you getting is a excellent shooter miles better than anything released triple A lately.

I think what puts people off it's not an easy game, you won't just pick this up and play.
You will need to put in a good amount of hours before you fully understand the maps and game modes and learn the core gameplay.

New players spawn in die, repeat repeat this game is trash, back to battlefield 1 lool

Yup pretty much! Had a guy on last night who joined a squad I was leading. His only contribution? "u can only hav 2 snipers? **** ******* game uninstalling this ****".

Game is excellent well worth it at that price, hell even it's £20 price tag is a steal.

What a nice surprise. Decide to check on how RS2 is doing tonight, only to find out, it's just been released

For £20, think it's worth a punt, as I'm a a loyal fan of RO/RO2/RS in general.

Don't expect god's graphics, steep learning curve but imo beats most aaa games in fun!

Played this tonight, played all of the RO games and this one does not disappoint. A few bugs to be ironed out but much better on release than RO2, for £9 it's a steal!

Been playing for a couple of hours, pretty fun! Shame there's not many people using voice communication like and using teamwork like Squad, but hopefully that will pick up in time. Guess a lot of people still just finding their feet.

Random request: is there anyone who's signed up to the Tripwire Interactive forums? I've lost my login, and the Forgot Password system doesn't recognise my email. I'm guessing my account has lapsed but my user name is still on the member list. I'd like to get in touch with the admin team, but you can't use their "Contact Us" pages unless you are logged in :/ Anyone mind seeing if they could get the email address for an administrator and passing it on to me?

Love the Vietnam era as a game setting, really enjoyed playing Vietcong back in the day, even if some of the missions were hard as nails!

Has there been announcement regarding future maps? I believe the battlefield esq 'conquest' game mode only has 2 maps for it, from the videos I have seen that's the only one i can see myself playing, but yeah for £10 I'll be getting it regardless

Have you read the criticisms in this thread? Nothing about it being too difficult. There's a disconnect between your controls and the character - check the descriptions above 'Clunky', 'Detached', 'Feels off', 'Voice acting terrible', 'Feels dry' etc.

It's not a difficult game. Respawn times allow for fast redeployment, the controls are intuitive and the healing option makes it rather easy to stay alive. But none of the criticisms in here is about the opposite of those. It's just not well-made for many of the posters here. Clearly it's also well-made for many of the posters here too though, so obviously those looking's mileage may vary.

Great game....

Damm its hard, harder than R02 at least for the moment, plus the fact its nice outside and i really dont want to put the hrs in.
