Very flat commute :) Sunday club rides are rarely hilly.

Its bad when I've done 72k ft climbing all year and 10k ft was in one ride!

Its definitely something I need to work on.

Just because you have a little bit more elevation than somebody from Nottingham still doesnt mean you know what a hill is :p

I'm at about 95k elevation for the year to date. I was only aiming for 100k for the year. I'll probably wind up at about 130k, I'd expect, as I'll not do so much hill climbing when it gets more towards winter.
 
anyone ever used a Pinnacle sentinal 1.0 bike, just found one on ebay near me and im very tempted, only issue is it maybe a tad small for me, listed as a large which is ok for someone up to 6'1 im 6'3, just wondering if anyones got any ideas if id be ok or not.

4/5 on Bikeradar, which is good news. If the price is good, then it might be worth it, but I'd be wary on the size front.

Changed mine. Was happy with it being an image, you can see my Strava rides on the OCUK Strava club

yeah thats the only thing thats stopping me going for it really trying to work out how much of a difference there is between the large and xl sized bikes. if its not that much il probably take a chance.

Certainly a lot better than i thought i'd manage at the start of the year, so quite pleased with that. No commuter miles in there either. And tipping the 3000 mile mark when i go out tonight too! :cool:

well to answer my own question seems even the xl is a tad small, as a guy on evans says in the question under the bike that he has a xl and has the seat post fully extended. guess il have to give it a miss. :rolleyes:
