Apparently only about 40% of the people doing the Cheshire Cat actually make it up Mow Cop, and everyone else ends up walking up![]()

That 25% bit at the end is mental! It'll take some training for me to know I can take that. I'm up for it though. Let the lads know I'll tag along on whatever training rides they do (assuming they're not Sat mornings)
Are you not doing it?

What wheelset?
I was pretty staggered at the weight saving from Ti skewers! I bought the Planet X ones, super light!
I'm guessing Dura-Ace C35 CL's?
They are remarkably light though. Tipped the scales at 1368g w/out skewers

The man upstairs might, but the woman indoors is a tougher sell![]()
I'm based in Clapham and usually head out to Surrey for rides or Richmond Park for a few laps. I'm up for riding with others locally. I've met up with Mr Flibble on here for a ride once.
Has anybody used Mcipollini clothing before? Apparently they are made in the same factory as Assos in Italy. I've just got some of their bib shorts for £50 down from £165! The packaging is awesome and they come with a washing bag lol.
Wow. Carbon fork, mostly Tiagra with Tektro brakes and a 105 cassette for under £500... Bargain.

I looked at that as a winter bike but when you look at the Ribbble winter bike it has a 7005 frame, full tiagra and guards already on it for 80 quid more - seems a better buy all in.

The MCipollini stuff is tweaked high end Giordana kit.

The ribble has Sora groupset by default. If you spec it to Tiagra, it comes in at £680.
I think the Raleigh is the much better option.

there's an option under ribble special edition that gets you tiagra for £580
