Got a link to the electrolytes you're buying?
Anyone mix up their own energy drinks as well?
Not sure if this is the one that uniQ is reffering too, but i use Myprotein for most of my supplements.

How many portions do you get out of that?
And do you add anything to it for a better taste?
Any pointers in the direction of starter/medium priced pedals and shoes for a noob road cyclist (been using flats on mountain bike for years so a little apprehensive of clips!)
Shimano R540 and DHB shoes.
Also, It's very easy to clip out. Just unclip early at junctions and lights etc but keep the front of the cleat in. That way if you can go again you can pedal and clip back in, or easily get your foot down. Don't understand how people fall off with them really.
