Can anyone recommend some brake/gear cables.
Just upgrading to Ultegra 6800 and am torn between the Jagwire road pro's and the dura ace 9000 cables. Anyone got anything else to throw in to the mix?

Jagwire kits from ebay, nothing beats them for the price to performance ratio!

Notice my wheel was quite a way off centre the other day, but not especially out, took it to local shop to be trued, they brought it back out saying we can do, but the rim is almost dead. Got them to true it up anyway, it'll last me another few months, considering they've done about 10,000 miles or so. Got a spare rear, so may just swap that out for now and use it on the turbo. Will have to purchase some new training wheels at some point.

10,000 miles on one set of wheels! I'm expecting to hit 10,000 miles logged on strava this year, but that'll be across 4 bikes and 6 sets of wheels, not all of which are still in my possession, or even still functional!

Just trying to work it out, but about 10,000 I think. Done 12,177 on my Ridley since I got it in Jan 2013. That's my rear too, Front has got a little way to go, I usually brake on my rear more than my front. Noticably more than most!

Nearly got another bike today. 2015 CX bikes are reduced: BMC GF02 Disc.

Looking to shift my TT bike (Anyone for a TT bike? Canyon SpeedMax AL 8 in a M size) and then have a winter bike for when the weather is poor. I just don't get on with the TT position as much as I thought I would.

327 miles so far this month... I'm aiming for 400, so I need to get a few more rides in this week. I think I might try a lengthy flat one on my single speed at the weekend. Push the boat out and go for the thick end of 40. So far the furthest I've done on that bike is 20, so it could be quite interesting.

How much are you after? Potentially very interested. Drop me a message in trust if you'd rather discuss there. :) Cheers.

Hows your IB band pain ? I've being rolling for 5 days and still get an ache while biking :( Cleats position hadn't changed since March so I can't see it being that.

Going to give until next Friday then see a physio at it will of been 3 weeks with light to little biking

Mine settled down after a few days of rest. I didn't ride between my big ride on Tuesday and a 40 miler on Saturday, and it seems to be ok. I'm still not sure how it would fare on a longer ride. I've adjusted my cleat position and I think that will help. My next long ride - like longer than a metric century - will be the ocuk north ride towards the end of June, so I'm hoping that doesn't trigger it again.

New purchase fitted! Can't wait to ride it!

Pic not showing for me, what is it?!

So, my knee is still a little bit dodgy from Saturdays' ride. It's getting better though so hopefully if I take it very easy for the next few days it'll be fine by Saturday. Regular foam rolling and an adjustment of saddle height also. Fun times.

How are people doing for their 2015 targets so far?

One of mine was to climb a load more (I think I was hoping for 250k feet vs 2014 160k feet). So far I'm up to 100k so it's not going too badly but I'm going to need to step things up a lot I think.

I'm 200km up on last year where I didn't do any rides until June lol.

I never ride over the winter though so feels like starting from scratch every year with 20 miles being about as far as I can ride comfortably.
My target this year don't over do it and strain something again.
