Had my bike fit done on the Friday. I'll write a more lengthy post with the results, as soon as I get a bit of time. Work has been manic, and my computer room was 30'C+ last night :O
Long, and the short of it: I need smaller shoes, a wider saddle.........oh and a new bike :P Very interesting experience though, a lot more complex that the Retul fitting I had last year. Also a painful experience, 2hrs on a turbo in this kind of weather wasn't pleasant :P

So if anyone is interested in buying a second hand Planet X Pro Carbon (48 frame), give me a nudge :)

uhhhh!! where do you girls get your tubes from? wiggle is literally out of stock of lifeline(aka reasonably priced tubes) and I need some with longer valve 60mm will do.

PX wants 4quid for delivery meh.. anything cheaper? want a pack of 8-10 to last a while.

Wheels first - although it depends on what's on it currently. the only reason to go to ultegra would be if it was 10 speed 105 and it was worn out. Groupset upgrades don't make you any faster, wheels might.

High5 gels BOGOFF on wiggle meaning the 20 gel pack is 40 gels for £17.82 (less than 45p each!). Is that the best deal on there? I've not had time to check out all the packs and judge the best bang for buck.

I've got a couple of lifelines with long valves, I'm using 2 of them but carrying 2 spares (may have more, can check when home) I'd happily swap if you had some short valves for me?

The CAAD10 would be a hard frame to beat (one of the best alu) without going good carbon, cheap carbon won't be better than it. The groupset will really be the 'upgrade' you'll be paying for - so going Ultegra/Di2/Dura Ace etc.

How old is the CAAD10 and what is your rough budget? In my opinion without spending a minimum of around £1500-2000 you won't be getting a significant 'upgrade' over the CAAD10 105.

neh haven't got any short valve either :( bar a crazy short one from my brother poofer gave me a tube that I can't use ha! happy-bday tho :)
