My bike has to be racked for the race on Saturday morning so depending on how early I might be able to do a quick spin.
Otherwise, I was thinking commute as normal (10mi per day) and maybe a RP visit on Wednesday to stretch the legs.
Maybe a run or two also, which shouldn't be a bad thing for the legs.
