Stock wheels are great, haven't trued them and done about 3000 miles.
Run fix, stock chainring (46) with 15 at the back, with 23mm tyres. Perfect gearing.
Not much else, stock saddle is fine, bought mudguards but with the brake bolt had to fit guards infront, so guard is a bit short so used 10" piece of rubber cut to shape and fitted to end of guard. Fitted rack.
Bought set of V-Sprint wheels as spare wheelset with 28mm tyres, but with 16T bit too high gear, think will go for 16T
Why don't you use the app?
The only thing I changed was the tyres, they just didn't feel "right". I find the saddle ok for my contours.
I changed the tyres as well. I changed the saddle as it creaked like hell from new.
Rapha Wiggins Replica & Core Bibshorts £60 a pair, can't argue with that at all. Paid £80 for a pair last year with a £20 voucher.
Couldn't fault the Core version so will pick up another set so I don't miss out

Just for future reference really but a creaking saddle can often be sorted by applying a bit of very light oil where the seat rails connect to the saddle itself. My brand new Selle Italia saddle very nearly went back because of constant creaking but a drop of oil at each point the rails connected sorted it for 500 miles before a re application was needed. Not a peep since the second oiling.
