My Genesis Flyer has arrived! :D My first new (to me) bike since I was about 11 so it's a bit of a treat - not sure I will keep the bell and reflectors though. :D

Question about Tyres when not in use over winter

Just curious, because im thinking about getting my bikes checked over soon, and when I do, im going to put the decent tyres back on my summer bike, but over the winter its stored outside and is not used, will the tyres be ok come summer each year providing i keep them pumped up or will they crack?

Ordered my Specialized Diverge Elite DSW 2017 bike off Sigma Sport with Specialized plug and play v2 mudguards should be here tuesday.

Are the Espoir sport tyres fine that come with it? mainly using it for commuting and the odd long rides every so often.

Rubber will inevitably perish. I think what's more important is keeping them out of direct sunlight and other elements.
