Thanks!

I did 40 miles this morning. Nothing special, quite tired. Then made a fiashfinger sandwich. Fence painting now!
My OH has been spamming Facebook and Twitter on my behalf so that might have been what you saw.Exhausted today and epic saddle soreness but rode well within myself so was never in too much distress and could enjoy it as much as you can enjoy these things!
It's what everyone says but everyone should do at least one.
3 ascents of ventoux tomorrow. Good job I warmed up my legs with a week of riding the alps!
Ventoux triple done!

Ended up being a really enjoyable ride. Took it steady on the bedoin ascent as I knew the forest section was tough. I then got really into the second ascent and despite having a huge amount of fatigue from last week in the alps ended up around 4w/kg for the entire climb. The final ascent from Sault was very steady until it joins chalet reynard so wasn't a big issue
It's surprising how many people do it - I met one guy at the top who had just completed his second ascent but had started at 4am! Weather really was perfect - no jacket required on the descent as it was warm and still. It was around 30C but I seem to do well in the heat so it didn't bother me too much
500 to Wahoo Elemnt imo
Does not computeunless you absolutely mash it up long climbs...
I found it was the rim that made it harder rather than the tyre.
Snapped two trying to fit Vittorias on a fulcrum rim, went on hplus no bother.
BennyC that looks bloody beautiful, I'm jealous as I've been riding in the dark a lot through winter, nice sunrise this morning though.
I've got some GP4000Sii's to replace Maxxiss Detonator's on my Whyte Suffolk. Should I wait till they're worn out or just do it? I don't have much confidence in the wet however in the dry they seem fine, caveat being I've never tried another tyre.
