ROG CROSSHAIR VI HERO

3008 tests OK, very similar to 9920 in performance. Stable with good memory performance.

I have one hiccup to report. I set DOCP 1 (optimal settings) which gave a 110 base clock and 27.5 multiplyer, to try that out. I then tried using my pstates OC but could not get a reported clock > 2750MHz in Windows. I reverted to default settings, then set DOCP standard and all is now working as it should.

I've got JBL LSR30X's and have some serious noise. Had to switch to a USB interface because there was so much interference, really quite disappointing tbh, for all their marketing of how good the onboard sound is..

That latest beta bios is the best one to date, i'm only 3.8 pstate clocking but I can't fault it yet. Last official has lots of fan issues for me.

Just updated my sabertooth FX to a CH6 Hero and have a couple of questions on my X61 AIO cooler, I have connected the SATA power as before and connected the two radiator fans to the CPU_fan and CPU_opt, the original X61 CPU_pwr connector is now connected to the AIO_PUMP header on the mobile and the X61 USB connector is connected to the mobo USB 2 header.
1. As I am not using the X61 CAM software do I need the USB connection as I could do with the USB header back
2. As I am using the mobo fan control for the radiator fans what do I set the AIO_PUMP setting to in the bios, auto, pwm or DC I assume the pump will be running at full speed all the time, does it need the AIO_PUMP connection or is the X61 built in SATA power connection sufficient.
