Can anyone tell me the function or values for T offset? Can't find anything on it and seems my BIOS reads it as 56c idle which is not right.

Restricts the Q-Fan profiles for my pump speed or I wouldn't care...

I have a 1700x partnered with a CH6 and some Flare X F4-3200C14-16GFX 8gbx2 memory, running stock clocks and 2400 mem with bios 1002 the system boots fine from cold, but when i run DOCP Standard to get memory clocked at 3200 C14 it always fails to post from cold boot giving qcode errors F9 & 0d and requires a Bios reset to get in. Once in though and rebooted with settings set on DOCP Standard for 3200 it runs like a dream.

Is there a fix for this cold boot issue or do i need to sit tight for the May update?

ergh!

Not as stable as I thought. Blue screen running COD Ghosts.

Followed by it being unable to post after restarting after said blue screen.

Looks like I can not set memory OC at all without using DOCP - I was trying for just 2666 without adjusting to bclck - I don't get endless reboots, but it just doesn't use the memory speeds I set - just boots at 2400 regardless!

Bloody hell... don't know if I can be bothered to try and get the 4ghz/3gh combo with bclck ajustments running stable. may just be running stock until AGESA comes out.

I use manual setting with 4*8GB:
bclk = 100
DRAM Freq = 2666
DRAM V = 1.3v (1.35v does not work?)
DRAM Boot V = 1.35v
I don’t bother stress testing but have not had any problems. Had a quick go @2933 and @3200 but would not boot so left it @2666 as it does not make that much difference.

Not used that board so couldn't say.

The crosshair has allowed me to hit better speeds thanks to bclock adjustment, but I had the x370 pro before, which did struggle a bit with 64Gb at anything over 2400 - must remember to sell that!

Unique selling point for me on the CH6 was support for mounting AM3+ coolers.

Just looking through the mine field that is the PC upgrade and this pleases me more than anything i've found as i look for the best components to my budget as it means i can keep my loop intact and not have to refill it... :D Plus the obvious cost of saving money on a new block of course. :)

Wow! Why on earth did it take them so long to update this board to AGESA 1.0.0.4a? This update is over a month old for other boards.

Where all waiting for the next AGESA!

It's been available for ages :/ just as a beta. In fact, it's the exact same BIOS version, just published to the site late. We're also waiting for 1.0.0.5 now

Yeah, waiting myself.

Done enough pointless fiddling already which has got me nowhere, as back on stock as it's all that's really reliable.

I have put RAM @2400 now, GPU driver was being strange and PC was freezing for 20s every now and then. Had no problems since going to 2400, 1002 BIOS was the best for me.

1107 now, I set the blck to 100.0 so it should not affect the PCI-E. I don’t OC the CPU, just bump up the RAM by changing:

DDR freq = 2666
Blck = 100.0
DDR v = 1.3 (used 1.35v on 1002 but on 1107 it will not boot unless I use 1.3v)
DDR boot v = 1.35
and timings = 14,14,14, 34
