Anyone managed to play this yet? Reviews seem a bit iffy.

Metacritic is currently at 86%. I wouldn't call that iffy.

Since it just unlocked one hour ago, I would assume that those able to play it are too busy slaughtering Romans to comment here.

I have seen the meta critic review which are good. The first review I saw was Eurogamer (I think) they gave it 7/10.

If you read the comments most of the people on there either seem to not like TW games ????? (on the official forums) and/or have only played it for 1/2 hour. Waiting for some informed comments from here but hopefully it will be on my door mat this evening when I get in.

Wow, those guys are really judgmental! 2/10 and given up after "really trying" to get into it... 33 minuntes after release!? Are you kidding!?

City management will take some getting used to and for some reason some cities wont allow me to recruit troops...but hey, it's TWRII

People giving reviews of a TW game after 33-50 minutes of game time...dear me. It seems Ai is still not great but like any TW game that will be modded.

Still no DLC code from Amazon yet, but post around here slow, so not here yet.

Yeah guys, the game will only allow you to unpack at 8am to the 16GB~ then to patch to day 1 game servers.

Any problems reported?

It works. I'm not really a performance bod so I can't really answer your Q.

I have it on max or ultra using an ATI 7900 with 2GB (or something). i7Cpu and 16GB ram.
