Lost access to SC in June myself.
One strike because a word I used wasn't caught by the swear filter and then another strike another because someone posted a wall of conspiracy theory nonsense and I implied a toddler would have a better understanding of World events.

I always thought there was a rolling 12 month thing with the strikes in there so no one was ever permanently banned, unless they reached 3 strikes which you don't appear to have *shrug*

This is where I’ve never understood the point of SC, why is such behaviour (though I disagree with how you’ve described it) acceptable in GD or any other part of the forum?
Maybe a question for an actual thread rather than potentially derailing this one.
This behaviour does get moderated though I feel that some poster's will deliberately cause trouble and troll knowing the rules abit more lax and also some use it to shut down debate from other's they have a axe to grind with so it gets moved to SC and then used as some sort of flex against the people who cant access.
