You are right, I should have said another woman has come forward and she has filed a law suit.
Did you read teh article?? The woman has claimed she was assaulted in a cubicle and a member of the crew blocked the door.
She does also say he was drunk on set (that one is probably true given his previous for liking the odd drink)

Yes and no.
Being poor is a natural defence against media attention and claims and lawsuits.
Someone on the dole could be groping up everyone in the jobseekers queue and it won't make national news and no one is about to spend money trying to claim damages off them.
Everyone not earning most of their money from investments is poor.
The fact it says he exposed himself in front of the cast and crew means you'd think there would be at least some that can support at least part of her story, albeit not the person blocking the door to the toilet as they won't want to incriminate themselves.

I imagine there is some small print similar to how it is with an employer IE bringing a name into disrepute. So many times people get told not to put things like your place of work on Facebook for instance as anything you say or do can have effects.
