So... your convinced that RBR are going to turn up next year, and every following year for the next 5 years, even if they have no engines and push the cars, because the supposed penalty they might have to pay might be about what they spend to currently race for 1 season...
Sounds like a massive blocker... what ever will they do.... If RBR want to walk, they will walk. In the same way you can't force a manufacturer to sell a team engines, you can't force a team who have no engines to race.
And nice complete avoidance of answering JRS yet again, with the trade mark random change of subject at the end to try and take attention away from it.
