Russian SU-24 - Shot Down by Turkey

I'm not 100% what's my issue is with him but he gives the impression of lying through his teeth.

Do the radar images supplied by them show multiple incursions?

I don't really believe Russia or Turkey but the story keeps changing.

Nice to know they're buying oil from Isis with support from nato.

His answer was strange 'What ever we do, we do with the full support of our allies'.

You think highly of Russia after they got involved in Syria, because? They drop 10 bombs on non-IS rebels for every bomb that targets IS, is that the reason? And you have more faith in a ruthless KGB member who routinely uses murder and political imprisonment to further his goals than a democratically elected leader who was teaching law at the age of 30.
I doubt that your ramblings make sense to you, let alone anyone else.

You need to get off your high horse. The West has no place to talk. No-one in the region is whiter than white; not the US and not the UK.

Turkish ambassador to NATO doesn't even deny that turkey is buying DAESH oil, when asked by Euronews reporter.

physical commodities trading is a dodgy industry in general - most major firms have a lot of dirt - doing deals with terrorists and rogue states, breaking embargoes etc.. is something plenty of firms are unfortunately guilty of. The general public loves to hate bankers but they're saints compared to the physical traders. I wouldn't be surprised if there are people in London and Geneva trading in ISIS oil - petty things like the law haven't tended to stop these people in the past... some of them are happily to openly break laws and just get Presidential pardons etc..

I wouldn't be surprised. A person who owned a property I was renting once is a commodities trader, and a coke addled scumbag with no respect for the law.

They are a basket case country, they hate ethnics, gays, pretty much everyone who isnt hardline russian.

History? Ever heard of the Ottoman empire? I guess not.

Sounds like turkey is going to lose income after this

Such as:

$10bn a year from Russian tourism
$4bn for agricultural products
The energy deals
All the other trade and infrastructure projects

The economic hit is going to be enormous. Should have said sorry and sat down with them to see how it could be sorted out.

This, NATO should be pushing Turkey to do this to try and stabilise things a little.

the number of tourists from the UK to turkey is within a margin of error the same as Russia , and Germany are higher ; so the impact to tourism wont be as great as Russia want the world to believe

also - this aggressiveness hides the small fact they supplied the BUK which murdered flight MH17.

2014 saw $30 billion cash inflow thanks to tourism (41 million tourists) , with Germany the highest number followed by the UK and Russia , Bulgaria and Georgia also sent millions of tourists to turkey...

so your $10 billion from 1 country alone is way off.

errr not really sure the comparable situation here in that case is the NATO supplied TOW missile launcher which blew up the Russian rescue helicopter?
